Disha Patani and her sister Khushboo Patani continue to set fitness goals for their followers, with their social media feeds packed with workout inspiration. In her latest Instagram post, Khushboo—an ex-Army officer—shared a glimpse into her intense home workout routine, focusing on leg and glute strength. Captioned “Random HIIT Day,” the video carousel showcases her sheer dedication to staying fit.
The post kicks off with Khushboo performing sweat-drenched butt kicks, followed by fast-paced lateral running across her home space. A standout moment captures her holding a perfectly balanced standing yoga pose, displaying strength and posture control.
Other clips show her nailing a variety of moves, including yoga asanas like Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Frog Squats, Single-Leg Balances with Side Kicks, and the low-impact but tough Duck Walk.
The video quickly drew admiration from fans and fitness enthusiasts, but it was a comment from her sister, Disha Patani, that stood out. Impressed by Khushboo’s commitment, the Bollywood star wrote, “Crazyy.”
Another fan praised, “Your hard work, dedication and determination are truly commendable,” while someone else simply called it a “Power-packed performance.”
With discipline clearly running in the family, the Patani sisters continue to inspire countless followers to stay active and strong.
Notably, Khushboo is the elder sister of Disha Patani. She left the Indian Army after serving for over a decade. She retired at the age of 34, transitioning into a career as a fitness coach, spiritual healer, and TEDx speaker. Her decision to leave the army was driven by a desire to pursue a path that aligned with her passion for wellness and helping others.
She recently grabbed the attention as she rescued an abandoned baby girl near her home in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. This act garnered widespread acclaim and highlighted her enduring commitment to service and compassion.
Talking about Disha, she was last seen in the Tamil fantasy action film, Kanguva along with South star Suriya and Bobby Deol. The film failed to perform at the box office.
She will be next seen in the upcoming comedy-entertainer Welcome…To The Jungle. Helmed by Ahmed Khan, the film boasts a stellar cast including Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, Suniel Shetty, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Shreyas Talpade, Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta and others.
