For Bebo, it was never about being skinny but building that strength, as her trainer Mahesh Ghanekar revealed recently. During a chat with Hindustan Times, Ghanekar shared these top three tips that you can start implementing in your workout routine to achieve a figure like Kareena Kapoor Khan.
- According to Ghanekar, the actress first focused on building consistency, and after that, she shifted to weight training and trained four times a week at least.
- Kareena likes to train for at least an hour and does multiple variations, sometimes 14-15 per session. Ghanekar further revealed that the actress opts for high-intensity interval training and is ready to take on any challenges.
- Now the real question: how did Kareena Kapoor lose her weight? Well, according to Ghanekar, the key to her weight loss journey has been a combination of various things, including intermittent fasting, weight training, and following a healthy diet religiously. He further revealed that after following this routine, Kareena’s weight has significantly dropped from 67.5 kg to 64 kg as they target to lose another 2-3 kg in the coming days. Kareena Kapoor Khan recently grabbed attention in a yellow kaftan dress that she wore to her longtime friend Sonam Kapoor’s birthday celebration, looking stunning as always as she arrived at the party with husband Saif Ali Khan.
On the work front, Kareena Kapoor Khan was last seen in Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again alongside Ajay Devgn and Arjun Kapoor. For her upcoming projects, the Jab We Met star is all set to appear in Meghna Gulzar’s Daayra. Alongside her, the film also features Prithviraj Sukumaran.
