BTS’ V burns the dance floor in uniform post-discharge, leaves ARMYs breathless with his moves.
BTS’ Kim Taehyung, aka V, is officially back and he wasted no time setting the internet on fire. Just hours after completing his mandatory military service on June 11, V returned to what he does best: dancing with unmatched charisma.
In a video shared by choreographer Lee Jung, V is seen grooving to a remix of “Don’t Drop That Thun Thun.” Dressed in camouflage pants and a simple tee, the newly discharged idol exuded confidence and flair as he danced effortlessly. Lee Jung captioned the clip, “& @thv MilitaryTwins,” capturing the electric energy of their first post-military collab.
ARMYs were quick to flood social media with reactions. One fan wrote, “WHAT THE HELL??? It’s been like two minutes since he came back??? And he’s so smooth with it??” Another added, “Listen taehyungieee, it has been a day, that’s it. I would love it if you have mercy on me.” Yet another chimed in, “#KIMTAEHYUNG Dancing In Uniform…. Woahhhh… This #Taehyung Is Different… Confident, No-Nonsense, IDGAF Kinda Vibe… Loving TAE 2.0!”
Later that day, V greeted fans through his first solo live on Weverse. Joining fellow member RM, he shared a heartfelt message: “To all the ARMYs who have waited for us in the military, I want to say I am truly, truly grateful. Please wait just a little longer and we will return with a really cool performance.”
Celebrating his discharge, V also shared adorable photos in uniform with the caption, “Love me tete.” The snaps showed a playful side of him, posing with friends and showing glimpses of his practice space including a cake that read, “I am happy to be with you.”
With six of the seven BTS members now done with their service, excitement for the group’s reunion is reaching new heights. While fans eagerly await an official announcement, the members have assured that a comeback is on the horizon.
