Abhishek Bachchan and Riteish Deshmukh are riding high on the success of their recently released ‘killer comedy’, Housefull 5. Directed by Tarun Mansukhani, the film has crossed the Rs 100-crore mark at the domestic box office and is showing no signs of slowing down anytime soon. Amid the film’s successful run, both actors were papped in Mumbai after their meeting, seemingly for a new project.
In a video shared on Instagram, both Abhishek and Riteish are seen coming out of a building and engaging in a casual conversation. As it moves forward, we see the duo posing together in front of the paps stationed at the location. The duo shared a warm hug before heading towards their respective cars.
Both of them were seen twinning in white outfits. The Bol Bachchan actor wore a hoodie paired with a grey pyjama. As for Riteish, he wore a T-shirt with green cargo pants. Going by the video, it looks like the duo will soon be collaborating on a new project. What could it be? Is Bluffmaster 2 or cards or something else? Well, looks like we all have to wait till an official announcement is made.
The duo has previously collaborated on projects like Bluffmaster, Housefull 3 and Housefull 5. Backed by Sajid Nadiadwala, their latest project features an ensemble cast including Akshay Kumar, Sonam Bajwa, Jacqueline Fernandez, Soundarya Sharma, Nargis Fakhri, Chunky Panday, Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff, Nana Patekar, Dino Morea, Chitrangada Singh and Fardeen Khan among others.
The story of Housefull 5 is about a murder on a cruise ship with a billionaire’s death and the following suspicion of three men named Jolly, each accompanied by their lovers. It depicts the confusion and intrigue as they become suspects in the murder investigation.
Besides this, Abhishek will be next seen playing the negative role in the highly anticipated action thriller, King. Directed by Siddharth Anand, the film also features Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Arshad Warsi, Rani Mukerji, Anil Kapoor, Suhana Khan and Abhay Verma in lead roles.
Riteish, on the other hand, will be next seen in Masti 4 along with Aftab Shivdasani and Vivek Oberoi, as well as in Dhamaal 4 with Ajay Devgn and Jaaved Jaaferi.
