Jackson Wang Meets Hrithik Roshan And Family
Global music sensation Jackson Wang is soaking up the spirit of Mumbai and cherishing every moment of his return to India. Back in the country two years after his Lollapalooza performance, the singer says this trip feels entirely different.
In a chat with HT, he said, “I am here as a person—to feel the city, meet the locals, and just go around being a human being, seeing with my own eyes and experiencing the traditional culture, food, sport and the people. Though I have been here two days, I feel I have been here for three years. The nightlife is amazing as well.”
During his stay, Jackson was warmly welcomed by Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, who hosted a party in his honour. As fans begin speculating about a possible collaboration between the two stars, Jackson had high praise for Hrithik.
Calling him a “super legendary icon,” Jackson added, “He is a champ himself. I am not sure, he is super busy like everyone else. I’ve heard he is preparing for Krrish 4. Hopefully I will be in Krrish 4, where I come out and die right away,” he laughs.
Jackson’s recent musical journey has been a deeply introspective one. His album, divided into four thematic chapters—Manic Highs, Losing Control, Realization, and Acceptance—offers an honest look into his emotional landscape.
“I had never talked about how I feel about life, the industry or reality? How did I feel when I was going through these all these experience at different stages in life,” he said.
The singer also spoke about his chart-topping collaboration BUCK with Punjabi Diljit Dosanjh.
Calling Diljit a “superstar legendary icon” and someone he deeply admires, Jackson shared, “I was so amazed with his impactful performance at Coachella and thought I would be blessed if I could collaborate with him someday. When I wrote Buck, I asked him if you vibe with it, please give it a try. He gave me such moral support and respect as an artist I have been lucky to have this experience.”
Earlier, taking to his Instagram handle, Rakesh Roshan shared photo in which we can seen whole family posing with the singer. “Jackson welcome & God bless!” read the caption.
